In short:
- You can use the Europe Market Assessment without giving us any personal data. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
- If you ask us to email you a report, we use your details to send it. If you tick the box, we also use them to arrange a call with our partner Airopa Global.
- We don't sell your data, and we won't send you newsletters unless you sign up for them separately.
Who is responsible
Access Europe helps Indian companies sell in Europe. It is not a separate legal entity. The website and the Europe Market Assessment are operated by Airopa B.V., which is responsible for your personal data (the "controller" under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, and the "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023):
Airopa B.V.1 High Tech Campus, 5656 AE Eindhoven, the Netherlands

For any question about your data, or to use your rights, email us at the address above or at accessindia@airopa.co.
When you use the site
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web server, it automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it against abuse. We use this only to run the site securely, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- No cookies. This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers.
- Fonts are hosted on our own site, so your browser doesn't contact Google or other third parties to load them.
- The Europe Market Assessment runs on our engine server. When you enter a company website, the engine looks up public information about that company (its website and published annual report, European trade and tariff statistics from Eurostat and the World Bank, India's own trade statistics, EU public procurement notices (TED, the EU's official tender journal), and business people-data from Apollo.io), and public information about other companies that sell similar products, to count how many already operate in Europe. It uses only counts and job titles from people data, never names of people, and it does not use cookies.
- Each check is recorded. We record the company website you checked, the time, the page you came from, your browser type and your IP address. From the IP address we look up, in public internet registries, who owns the network you are on (often your employer, or your internet provider) and its country. We do not record your name or email address unless you request a report; for a report request we note only your email's domain. We use these records to understand which companies use the engine, to follow up with companies commercially, and to protect the engine against abuse, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by emailing accessindia@airopa.co.
- Links to LinkedIn and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
When you request a report
If you ask us to email you a report, we collect:
- your name, work email address and company
- your role, if you choose to give it
- the company website you checked and the assessment it produced
- whether you asked for a call with our partner
We use these details for the following purposes:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Creating and emailing the report you requested, and answering if you reply to it | Taking steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); your consent under India's DPDP Act |
| Contacting you to arrange a call with Airopa Global, only if you ticked the box | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
| Understanding whether the engine is useful and improving it, using requests in aggregate | Our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
We ask for a work email address so the report can be tailored to your company. If you don't have one, you can use a personal address instead; a person then checks the request before the report is sent.
Who receives your data
We share your data only as far as needed for the purposes above:
- Airopa Global. Airopa B.V. operates this site, sends your report (from accessindia@airopa.co) and, if you asked for it, arranges your call.
- Netlify, Inc. hosts the site and stores report requests. Netlify is based in the United States and is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing adequate protection.
- Microsoft provides the email service (Microsoft 365) used to send your report, under its data-processing terms for business customers.
- Google Cloud runs the engine in Belgium (EU), under Google's data-processing terms for business customers. It keeps a copy of each report request (your name, email address, company and role, and whether you asked for a call) in Google Firestore (Belgium), and the visit records described above. It also stores company-level information that contains no personal data, such as a company's sector, its matched products and counts of people on public professional profiles.
- Anthropic and Apollo.io process the company website you checked, to classify the company's products and to count people by location. They do not receive your name or email address.
We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
- Report requests are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, then deleted.
- If a request turns into a business relationship with Airopa Global, the data becomes part of that relationship and is kept for as long as it lasts and the law requires.
- Visit records (company checked, IP address, network owner and country, browser and referring page) are deleted after 180 days.
- Server logs are kept by Netlify for a short period for security and operations.
If you are in India
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and how we use it, to have it corrected, completed or erased, to withdraw your consent at any time, to nominate someone to act for you, and to a way of resolving grievances. Email accessindia@airopa.co to use any of them; we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Your data is stored in the European Union, as described above.
Your rights in Europe
Under the GDPR you have the right to see the personal data we hold about you and get a copy, have incorrect data corrected, have your data deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email connect@airopa.co. We will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
